Monnetta Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

The Monnetta Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved influencers and partners (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new users to the Monnetta iOS app. Participation in the Program is governed by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Monnetta Ltd. may update, modify, or end the Program at any time.

These Terms are in addition to Monnetta’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which apply to all users of our services and are incorporated by reference. By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

Monnetta Ltd. retains full discretion to determine eligibility and participation in the Program.

2. Program Scope

The Program applies to:

  • iOS users
  • Annual subscription only
  • App Store purchases

Android/Google Play promo codes and tracking are not currently supported.

3. Commission

Affiliates earn a commission for each new user who:

  • Redeems the Affiliate’s unique promo code
  • Begins a paid annual subscription after the trial period

The exact commission amount and calculation will be provided in the Affiliate Program Overview sent to approved Affiliates. Commissions apply only to first-time subscribers and not to renewals.

4. Extended Free Trial for Referred Users

Users who redeem an Affiliate promo code receive an extended free trial as described in the Affiliate Program Overview. Commissions are only earned if the user transitions to a paid subscription.

If the user cancels before the trial ends and does not transition into a paid subscription, no commission is earned.

5. Tracking & Reporting

Monnetta uses Apple’s App Store system for billing and tracking.

5.1 How conversions are tracked

We track sales through:

  • Affiliate unique promo code
  • App Store Connect analytics and referral reports

This means:

  • No affiliate dashboard
  • No cookies required
  • No tracking links
  • Tracking is based entirely on code redemptions and Apple’s reporting

5.2 What information will you receive

We will email you monthly with:

  • The number of successful annual subscriptions
  • The total commission earned

You can request additional clarification anytime.

5.3 Tracking limitations

Because tracking is based on Apple’s system:

  • Delays or discrepancies may occur
  • Some data may be aggregated rather than user-specific
  • Monnetta does not control Apple’s reporting timeline or accuracy

6. Payments

Payments are issued once per month for the previous month’s approved commissions.

Minimum payout as specified in the Affiliate Program Overview.

Payouts are made directly by Monnetta Ltd. via bank transfer. The Affiliate is responsible for providing the correct payment details.

6.1 Commission Reversals

If a subscriber cancels or requests a refund within 60 days, the associated commission becomes invalid. If a commission has already been paid for a subscription that later becomes invalid (including but not limited to refunds or cancellations within the 60-day eligibility window), Monnetta may reverse that commission.

Reversed commissions will be deducted from the Affiliate’s next payout(s). If future payouts are insufficient or are not expected, Monnetta may issue an invoice for the outstanding reversed amount. The Affiliate agrees to repay any invoiced reversed commission within 30 days of receipt.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Monnetta honestly and ethically
  • Follow all advertising and disclosure laws
  • Use only approved brand assets (logo, app screenshots, description)
  • Avoid misleading claims, spam, or unauthorized paid ads
  • Not promote features we do not currently offer

8. Fraud Prevention & Ineligibility

Monnetta actively monitors code usage to prevent abuse.

8.1 Prohibited behaviors

Affiliates may not:

  • Create fake or duplicate Apple IDs to trigger trials
  • Use your own promo code
  • Use bots or automated tools
  • Encourage users to repeatedly create new accounts
  • Use unauthorized paid ads targeting Monnetta
  • Misrepresent the app to increase conversions
  • Post codes on coupon sites without approval

8.2 Ineligible commissions

Commissions may be invalidated if:

  • The subscription is refunded
  • Apple flags suspicious activity
  • The user is not a new customer
  • Tracking data cannot be verified
  • The referral source violates these Terms

8.3 Program removal

Monnetta may remove Affiliates who:

  • Engage in fraud
  • Abuse promo codes
  • Violate any part of these Terms
  • Harm the Monnetta brand

Valid commissions earned before removal will be paid; invalid commissions will be canceled.

9. Changes to the Program

Monnetta Ltd. may change:

  • Commission amounts
  • Eligibility criteria
  • Promo code policies
  • Payment methods
  • Program rules

Monnetta Ltd. may also pause or end the program.

Affiliates will be notified by email before major changes take effect.

10. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes that apply to the commission earned through the Monnetta Affiliate Program. Monnetta Ltd. does not withhold or pay taxes on your behalf.

Please consult your own tax advisor to understand how this income should be reported and what tax obligations may apply in your country or region. By participating in the program and receiving payments, you acknowledge that handling your tax obligations is your personal responsibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

Monnetta Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • App Store reporting delays or inaccuracies
  • Loss of commissions due to Apple refunds
  • Income loss resulting from program changes
  • Technical issues outside our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the commissions already earned but not yet paid.
